    Hi everyone!
I'm 3 months post-op and my recovery has been very, very slow. Only now am I looking like a person should 1 month after surgery (my surgeon said he'd given my blood-thinning medication which just made me more swollen - he said I had the record of being the most swollen patient he's ever had in his 30 something history. Not a very nice feeling honestly).
I was wondering what can I do at 3 months to speed up the swelling? I've been going on walks and started jogging again, but I'm not sure if it's helping. Is there anything I can do at this stage? Or is it a wait-it-out and see-how-we-go period?

Thanks for all your help !

You can do what Johnny Depp from the movie "Blow" had done. Go to Colombia and find contact with the cartels. Then start smuggling coke into US. Doing so, you will become very rich. Save up some money and avoid getting caught. Then quit and move somewhere remote, like on an island in south asia. Build a beach bungalow, have kids, and live your life in peace.

At this point, it's probably just a waiting game. Are still noticeably swollen or do you just feel like you look swollen?

You can try using heat pads on your face. I did that and I feel like it helped a little bit.

It can take 6 months to a year to see your full results depending on how you heal, so I wouldn't try to stress about it too much (that will make you more swollen!)

I've always heard that walking is the best to help the swelling to go down, so I think you're doing the right thing, I guess it's just a question of time.
