You look really good, especially for being just 4 weeks out! There is definitely a difference in your profile...more balanced. You are doing great! I'm at 6wks and still see alot of swelling. One day (or week) at a a time!! At 4 weeks I just made it through the worst and just started feeling like myself again. Each day after was an amazing improvement in strength!!!

Double jaw surgery 12/19/2011: 4mm forward upper with lefort 2piece split, lower back 3mm; possible genioplasty

Your profile looks A LOT better than before. It's quite astonishing that you're not seeing that, considering how absolutely obvious it is to me :P

Thank you all so much for your comments. It means a lot to consult with other who's going through the same things. (And thank you also for food- suggestions and for sharing your experiences). I see the difference my self, but since no one of my friends has mentioned it, i was afraid the changes wasn't/weren't(?) for the best. As i said, I'm pleased most of the time, but sometimes I'm just worried.

As for the before picture I posted, it was taken when i was extremely relaxed. Friends might just never have seen me like that since i always pushed my jaw forward to look better and speak better. Causing headache, teeth ache, sore neck etc. Im so happy I don't need to worry about that anymore. :)

You actually are showing a beautiful profile in the third picture. Definitely eye catching if I happened to see you randomly on the street.

Honestly, your profile is greatly improved! And like Rachel said, 4 weeks is way too early to judge the final result. It took 3-4 months for me to start seeing the final result.

I think Forsure your profile improved! :) the lower chin is out more, both are even now. Looks great! :)) I'm having under bite surgery in July.. Excited and nervous, I've had braces for about 6 months now and hate my profile, but keep telling myself I won't look like this forever... Anyway, there's a change within your jaw, personally I think it looks great! Better then before,
