Cheek bones?

    If you have an underbite, would you get better cheekbones if they brought upper jaw forward or brought lower jaw back, or combo?

    i had an underbite and was very flat on my cheekbones, however now ive had the bottom jaw moved back and the top jaw move forward, my cheekbones do look more pronounced. I also had another operation beforehand that widened my top jaw which also made them look more pronounced :)

    Like Georgina, I also had bi-jaw surgery and I think my cheekbones look more pronounced too :) Not much, but a little.

    I'm not sure about this, but I think that you get better cheekbones when you bring out the upper jaw...
