Class 3 underbite - Before and After Xrays - 3 weeks post Op

    Hi, I had surgery on January 11th. So that makes me 3 weeks post-Op. This is my before and after Xrays. I had a Class III malocclusion. I'm still swollen and bruised so I don't feel comfortable sharing my face photos, yet!

    Congrats on your surgery. You had it the same day as me :)

    I find the X-rays great to look at with all the metal work :)

    Amazing

    this is what my son's going to have. For him 1cm cut and adv.
    But isn't your lower jaw still not too far forward? I can't see a gap

    What was the augmentation and reduction in cm?
