do they tell you striaghtwawy if you need surgery?

    thats wat i thought but on my appointment letter it says facial surgery, im wondering would they do surgery on my forehead as well as my jaw... bcos i get forehedd pain ..

    I met with two orthodontists for consultations and they both told me I needed surgery right away as well as a palatal expander.

    The operation I had was bilateral sagittal split osteotomy and I go to the oral & maxillofacial unit at my local hospital

    I visited 2 orthodontists and they both told me at my consultation that I would need surgery. I went to see the maxillofacial surgeon and he confirmed it.
