    Hi

Can anyone comment, how their speech was affected after surgery ? Did your words come out clearer once everything healed or was it worse? I have some what of a slight "nasally" voice. Any luck the surgery might even correct that! Has anyone had a positive experience in the voice/speech department ? I work in customer service so talking is my main role :)

    Cheers.

    Hi Peta,

I had a slight lisp before surgery, and because of the new position of my jaws, my tongue and teeth don't collide like they used to, so that has disappeared completely.

As far as changing the tone of your voice, I'm not sure if that's likely, but I have heard people at least mention it, so I can't say for sure either way.

Maybe will change into clearer and nicer voice cause of the correct placement of the jaws.
