about 10 months ago i had jaw surgery where the put a missing bone in my mouth. After my mouth being wired shut for 2 weeks i had to begin stretching my moouth with a therabite and going to physical therapy. Well i didnt really do it i was lazy and stubborn. Now i regret that. my mouth doesnt open wide at all. If i stretch it i get massive pain and it will only stretch so far and than it shrinks back to like 20 something mms. i at one point got it too 38 but than didnt continue so its small..
Has anyone had a surgery on there jaw and had to stretch there mouth alot, got lazy and didnt stretch it and now have a small opening and than worked really hard and now have a big opening?
Help? Please. i will talk to my surgeon but i was wondering if anybody could give me hope?
