Jaw surgery-cosmetic purposes-is it worth it?

    your situation is very similar to mine...
    i always had a bit of low esteem for it but i never knew or considered a surgery. i knew my profile was weird and i knew i coudnt close my lips but i had no pain and i could chew perfectly.
    Until i went to a dentist that told me i could look so much better if i did the surgery and it was all "wrong" not because of my teeth but my upper and lower jaw ..
    well .. i thought i had no health issues because of that but now that i made exams and all i did have breathing problems.
    Ive already done my surgery (two weeks and a half ago) i still am getting used to my new face cause its a LOT different but i can say i am breathing so much better.
    I also thought it was only cosmetic but it wasnt, and my insurance payed for the surgery so definitely not a cosmetic surgery...
