For reference:
1 stone = 6.35 kilograms
1 stone = 14 pounds
That's quite a bit of weight loss! Since you would likely resume your old lifestyle and eating habits it is also likely that you *could* gain the weight back.
If you increase your calorie intake "too" much then you would be gaining "fat" over time. Firstly you should calculate how many calories you need each day to "maintain" your weight. Look online for a free "calories per day calculator" and enter your height/weight etc. If it says you need 1500 calories per day, and you are eating 1600 calories per day, then after 1 week (7 days) you would have over-eaten by 700 calories. Note: 2 lbs / 0.91 kg = 7000 calories.
One suggestion is you could resume your old diet and eat more and after 1 week weigh yourself and see how much of a difference there is. You may then want to closely look at your calorie intake each day. There are lots of resources online about calories in each type of food, calories burned for each type of exercise, etc. You may want to do a bit of research.
Feel free to ask me any questions you can't find the answers to and I'll help if I can. Best of luck.
