Medical name Lower Jaw surgery

    Anybody knows the right name for lower jaw surgery?? I know upper is Lefort (I, II, III) but i can't find the one for the lower jaw.If anybody knows please tell.

    Upper and lower jaw surgery with genioplasty on July 19th, 2011. Had an open bite and underbite.

    is it a maxiofacial osteotemy? I know osteotemy is the word for 'breaking bones during surgery' but I'm more into arts than science so don't know the lingo!
