Numb part of lip not as plump

    I'm 2 1/2 months post-op and I have recovered pretty well. One thing I have noticed is that my bottom right lip is not as fat as the other side. I am wondering if this has to do with something like muscle atrophy because the nerve is severed and the muscle isn't being used? Has anyone ever experienced/noticed this? It used to be my whole bottom right side of my chin that was numb now it's almost only my lip, so
    I'm confident I'm healing OK. Thanks!

    I noticed this a bit too, and mine plumped back up as the numbness slowly went away over the next few months.
