thanxs linzi, just tryin to hold in there. i know i will get through it and come out the other side better, i posted before and after photos. go into the pics part of teh forum and u will see them.

wow i had an anxiety attack when i was being xrayed @ dentist. i've been to hospital b4 but i never had anxiety back then... god knows how im gonna prepare for this... might have to listen to music bcos it takes over the anxiety

ur past the scary bit :)
