    Im on day 12 of recovery & am wanting any tips or tricks that helped YOUR swelling go down! Im so inpatient & I don't want to go to school looking this puffy haha
    ANYthing helps

    Use arnica gel on cheeks, take bromelian and quercetin. Take ibuprofen as well.

    Ibuprofen, multi-vitamins and protein shakes I believe helped me.

    Get up and start moving! It'll help drain the fluid. Also, keep sleeping sitting up so fluid doesn't accumulate over night.

    Yeah it seems like when I wake up it's the worst & then it gets better over the day. whats arnica gelll?

    sleep with support under your neck so the swelling doesn't increase and it's also a lot comfier for you too, i found that using ice on my cheeks helped abit up until day 8 and go for a walk, it helped my swelling decrease a bit too. But i know how you feel with the whole school thing, i had to go to school quite puffy, how embarrassing!
