    Hi
    Im living in Scandinavia and Im looking for an experienced surgeons in the USA. I want to move my upper jaw forward approx. 3-4 mm and level the canted upper jaw to make my jaws fit together. Do anyone know any good surgeons who has a lot of experience doing upper jaw surgery in the USA I can contact?
