Lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks. Took me 4 months to gain it back. ;)

I've lost 13 pounds in 6 days while eating five meals per day and not suffering from nausea or any reason not to eat.

Your body will respond appropriately as long as you do your part to try to fill up as much as possible on the calories! I binged a bit before the surgery, knowing that I would need a little extra padding to lose. Now I think I'll need to start working out after I gain it all back in a couple months, though. :P

I lost 20 lbs in the first 18-20 days. The weight maintained itself there for a while. I've only started putting it back on maybe 8-9 weeks in or so. 5 lbs/20 lbs to go!

I hit a plateau after my first week. I lost 18 pounds in the first week to 100lbs and stayed at that weight until now, my fourth week. My splint was removed today, so I hope to regain pounds now 8D

And wow Becca, eight pounds only x_x I have to say I'm a little jealous. I ate many meals as well, but I still kept losing :(

I sound really stupid for saying this, but I really want to lose weight. I won't starve myself (I love food), but I hope to lose some weight. Especially because a lot from my family says it's a great opportunity to actually lose some weight.

I'm 5'7, 112 lbs. I can't afford to loose a single pound! I gulped down as many protein shakes and milk shakes that I could handle in my second week after surgery. I only lost 4lbs, and now in my 6th week after surgery I've gained it all back! It is possible to not loose a lot of weight if you don't want to.

I think you're right Lyds. If you work hard at it you don't need to lose any weight at all. Mix protein shakes with full fat cream and you'll be fine (plus the calcium is good for you lol)

Okay, so I'm 5'0" and I weigh 109lbs (7st 11 lbs), so from what you're all saying I could go down to like 94lbs(6st 10lbs)?! I don't really eat much at the moment so do you have any tips on how I won't make myself anorexic? :) Thanks
