Will the metal in my jaw cause airport security alarms to go off?

    I don't think so.... the plates are small and titanium. My braces never went off through a metal detector, and there is a lot more metal in my braces. I have plates in my face right now, but haven't flown or anything.

    Titanium can set metal detectors off, but plates and braces are too small to get detected.
